THE FUTURE IS LOOKING GOOD !
Into the long range, sources downunder look much weaker than the previous weeks with a return to more normal November conditions locally of mostly tiny to small surf. In the northern hemisphere, weaker storms tracking from the dateline to the Aleutians this week pose only moderate or less surf for around next Sunday or Monday. However, models suggest potentially another strong jet stream coming off Japan later in the week and associated vigorous storm, that could spell more above average surf early next week from the WNW. Local winds should oscillate every few days between light to moderate trades or light and variables through next week. The Japan to near Hawaii latitudes storm track holds through next week in the models, suggesting continued average to above average WNW to NW swells into the last week of November.
