Forecast update effective Friday, May 13 at 9:30am. This morning that storm in the Indian Ocean is blowing up as forecast. Seas are looking to max out around 50' with sustained winds over 55mph. Saturday and Sunday are looking at 4-6' fading SW swell (225-230). Expect a major increase overnight Sunday into Monday with surf reaching 15-20' with larger sets coming through to some of the outer reefs.

Long Range
That large swell scheduled for Monday will stick around most of the week at least double overhead. There is another less intense storm following this due to send in another fun sized swell toward the end of next week.
