My band, Oriental Love Ring, from the late 80's/early 90's got back together last year and began practicing. Nowadays it's mostly for our own amusement, but we are playing a gig on next Sunday, the 25th of Oct. at Dave and Busters. It's a Battle of the Bands, and we'll be batt'lin Busecrus and Family Dinner, so there's a solid chance this will be our only gig.
We go on around 6:30, it's free, though under 21 must be accompanied by someone 26 or over.
If you're interested, our drummer threw up a temporary website and it's got a live recording we did a couple months back. One take, with all the glorious choked notes and strangled vocals.
