Just got my updated GET license today along with a paper explaining how the new 1/2% rail tax works. I fully support the idea of rail because everywhere I've lived I used it all the time. In fact if it went from Ko'olina all the way to UH in a reasonable amount of time I would probably start looking for a place out west.
I wonder if they will take boards, though.
