Frame grab?

Frame grab?

I'm trying to do some frame grabs off of some surf videos I took. Do you guys know of any free shareware or easy way to do it? Right now I'm just doing print screen and then cropping it in Paint.

http://www.frame-shots.com/download.htm its pretty easy to use. Not the best out there but free for download and easy gui. If ya dont like that just check out this site http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Mult ... Shots.html

If you're using Winxp - it ships with windows moviemaker which will let you grab frames. But IIRC it save in .bmp so you'll probably have to convert it for use on the www
