This first one isn't a fight - its assualt, if the guy on the ground even tries to fight back he will be stomped so just goes full defensive mode, holding and covering, my question is this looks like Hawaii anybody have some background of this fight?

The guy was an idiot, but I don't think anyone deserves to be beaten like that, because Kala wasnt just trying to teach him a lesson but trying to do permanent damage, trying to smash his nose into his face with his elbow while sitting on the guy--those kind of hits can be lethal.

I don't know what happened but I can't imagine a D.A. not prosecuting after seeing that.

HE was just on TV last night at the Kai Mana awards accepting the award for "gladiator surfer " or some bullshit like that.
