Twins!?

Postby Bud » Fri Mar 31, 2006 7:17 pm

5'11" x 18-1/4" x 2-1/16"
Identical outline, dims & volume distrib, machine cut from the same scan of a shape Makani did for me a year or so ago.

The one on the left is (Bennet) PU foam glassed 4+4/4. The one on the right is (Marko) EPS foam (1.7#), epoxy glassed 6+4/6. The epoxy feels like it weighs less than half that of the (light) PU!

Image

The poly has about 4 sessions on it and goes unreal.

The epoxy is still virgin no wax on it. When I take its cherry I think I will have as close to scientific evaluation of weight - performance as possible :)

u claim there identical, but something about them makes em look different, like the one on the right has a curvier rounder outline, and the one on the left is narrower, less curve towards the 2 nd half of the board.

wish i had two of the same boards with diferent materials to test out.

have fun :!:

when will they be for sale , lol ???

Not changing the subject, and yes the twins are gorgeous, (full hips turn me on)..

But...

I noticed the little (chickee wire) fence around the other fence...

Guard for the infamous "psycho pup"?

Nope they're the same, must be the angle of the camera/boards or something
