Think the shot you are referring to is the large postage stamp size shot on the bottom-right corner of p. 188. I got that surfer (Will Skudin) on that wave (Pipe, 12/24/06), but that's not my image. Here's my shot:

(Although my shot is lower rez (due to cropping), I think the action is more intense with my shot.)

P.S. I tried peddling the shot a couple of clicks before that moment to his sponsor. No word on whether they used it.
