Yo Jah !

can use any of the other two marinades /sauces with Halibut. Not too sure on how it cooks, like with Sea Bass, it is perfect - just brown on the outs and flaky white innerds.

A quick marinade for any kine fish is to take Lite Shoyu, Brown sugar, and vinegar, whisk 'em up, and pan or skillet fry the filet, and then cover in sauce - Add planty fresh grond giger and garlic - salt to taste and voila! You got score w/ Mama time!!!!

Spent the night stoned? And got bodacious munchies? This killed more than a few munchie problems ----

Scour the fridge for leftovers -
Find Anything like Spaghetti, Lasgana, Friggin Day old Chicken Katsu - Hope ya got a loaf of Decent Bread - Sourdough, Jewish rye, Something BESIDES White/Regular Brown. Milton's 10 grain - Perfect !

Good bunch of Mayo on d abread - (no more? use Ranch dressing spread thin) Throw alayer of the left overs on one side and top it with some sort of veggie - tomato, whateva - Butter in the pan, and grill 'em like a grilled cheese ----- Glass of milk,

PS- Its called sink sandwiches 'cause its sooo messy, ya gotta eat it over da sink -

Oh yeah - any of the marinades for fish - If ya wanna really bust a nut - add a block, yes, a WHole block of butter to the marinade, and whisk the hell outta it w/out burning - thickens up the sauce and adss a shit load of cholesterol, but we can burn the bad off by SURFING!!!!!!!!!!

#1 marinade.

1/3 cup Sesame Oil
1/3 cup HOney
1/3 cup Shoyu
Crushed Garlic
green onion
ginger
pepper
rock salt
you can improvise with whatevers.

dats its. marinate in the fridge. cook the meats.
then take all the left over marinade bring it to a boil till its bubblin and get thick, honey thickens it up then pour over da meats.

white/brown rice, greens on the side.
cold beer.

best with fish , but pork is aight too.
